A relocation rather than a leisure trip: flew out, collected the van in Tuscany, drove it home via the Simplon Pass.
A relocation rather than a leisure trip: flew out, collected the van in Tuscany, drove it home via the Simplon Pass. The scenery through the Alps made it more than a ferry run.
The Roller Team overcab is a compact format, fine for the purpose of getting the van home. Not a layout we'd choose for a family trip, but for a two-person relocation drive through one of the best Alpine passes in Europe, it worked well enough.
