2022 Swift Kon-tiki 874 Motorhome
March 2022 - Present We took delivery of this prototype motorhome from Swift and have put it through its paces prior to it going into production in the summer of 2022. We love our Kon-tiki 874 motorhome, with it's dual lounge areas being perfect for our family as the boys now have their space at the rear and we utilise the larger lounge/dinette area at the front of the motorhome.

2016 Swift Kon-Tiki 649 Motorhome
May 2018 - March 2022 After inviting our niece on our European road trip and then realising our current motorhome only had 5 belted seats, we decided to sell our Itineo and found this fantastic Swift Kon-tiki 649 for sale near Ipswich at a fraction of the cost it would have been when new so we bought it and got it ready for our summer 2018 European Adriatic Adventure...
|
We rented a large RV from Cruise America on in Los Angeles when we visited the States for a road trip in February 2019.
We rented the RV for 15 days and went on a road trip from LA to Las Vegas, then onto San Francisco and back to LA on Route 1. |
2016 Itineo SB740 Motorhome
December 2016 - May 2018 We bought our first A Class from Adrian and Karen at Wokingham Motorhomes. We did 12,000 miles in just 18 months.
We sold our Itineo as we needed a 6 berth motorhome for our niece coming on our European tour in 2018. |
We sold our old motorhome and upgraded to an almost new 2012 Bessacarr, which had an identical layout to our last one
We enjoyed roaming around much of the UK, including several trips into Europe, and only changed to try an alternative layout. |
After looking at all the layouts we decided on a rear lounge with the dinette and kitchen at the front behind the cab seats was the best.
Needing a 6 berth with 6 seat belts narrowed down our choices but we found reasonably priced 2007 Swift Lifestyle 630L motorhome. |
We bought our first caravan as we needed more space inside and we weren't going far, usually up to an hour away for weekends.
The caravan also came in handy when we had people come to stay, including our Micky our builder that stayed in our caravan whilst building the extension on our house in 2010. |
We bought our very first motorhome from Darryl & Karen and enjoyed going away with friends in it for a couple of years before deciding we needed something a little larger for our growing family and selling it to buy a much larger 6 berth caravan.
